What is your return policy?
We handle every return inquiry on a case-by-case basis, so if
something's awry and/or you're just not totally pleased, let us know.
The sooner we hear from you, the better chance we'll have at helping you
out. It's our goal to make Not a Gallery a great experience for every
collector. All return inquiries should be sent to info@notagallery.com with the subject line "Return Inquiry:" followed by your transaction number.
I live in New York City, can I stop by Not a Gallery’s Soho design studio to pick up the artwork in person?
Not a Gallery artworks are created on demand at our printmaking facility
on Long Island. In order to keep our prices as low as possible, we ship
pieces directly to clients from there.
What's an edition?
An edition is a limited run of a particular piece of artwork. Once an
edition is closed, it's closed forever. Images offered for sale on Not a
Gallery are available exclusively through us.
How do I know that my Not a Gallery artwork is authentic?
Each artwork comes with a signed and numbered edition label.
How do you package your artworks for shipping?
We package each artwork in a recycled cardboard box with lots of bubble
wrap and extra padding to ensure that they won’t be damaged.
Are you going to share or sell my email address and/or personal information?
Nope, never. Your privacy and the security of your account are extremely
important to us. We will not share or sell your personal information,
ever.
Why does the site design look weird on my screen?
The vast majority of reports of website issues come from the
increasingly tiny number of holdouts using very old and out-of-date
browsers. These browsers include Netscape 4, Internet Explorer 6,
Internet Explorer for the Mac, The Comcast Browser etc. All these
browsers are terribly out of date as most were last refreshed years ago.
Our suggestion is to do yourself a favor and download a modern up to
date browser like Firefox, Google Chrome, or Safari. All are free for the taking. You'll thank us, we promise.
Do artworks look exactly like the images we see online?
We work hard to ensure fidelity between the images you see online and
our final artworks, but the tonal range of UltraChrome® printing is
often a bit different than what you see on screen depending on the
particular image. While we use calibrated monitors, many of you do not
have calibrated monitors and therefore your monitor might display colors
incorrectly. Additionally, as each of our artworks is hand painted with
a clear acrylic gloss and mounted to 2” deep birch wood boards it’s difficult for a computer screen image to show you just how amazing the artworks look in person.
Can I buy 50 artworks and resell them in my gallery?
Sure. For orders over
$5,000 we can offer a small discount. Contact us
at info@notagallery.com to discuss.
