Right of Withdrawal

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, the following conditions apply.

Return Conditions

• Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the artwork.
• A return must be reported within this period via email to info@notagallery.com
• After receiving your notification, you will receive clear return instructions.
• The costs and risk of the return shipment (loss or damage during transport) are the responsibility of the buyer.
• We advise always sending returns by registered mail and carefully packaged.

Processing Returns

Once the artwork has been received and inspected, the full purchase amount, including standard shipping costs, will be refunded within 5 working days. Any additional shipping costs (e.g., for express or custom shipments) and return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Important

The artwork may be handled as it would be in a gallery. This includes:

Permitted:

• Unpacking
• Viewing in daylight
• Holding the work briefly against a wall to assess its appearance

Not Permitted:

• Hanging permanently with screws or mounting materials
• Use in hospitality, office, or other commercial spaces
• Displaying for multiple days
• Causing damage to the frame, canvas, or hanging system

The artwork must be returned in its original condition and carefully packaged. If there is damage or depreciation beyond what is necessary to assess the work, a reduction may be applied to the refunded amount.
