Shipping & Handling
NotAGallery ensures careful packaging and reliable shipping of your purchased artwork. Shipping costs depend on size, weight, and destination, and will be clearly communicated to you in advance during the purchase process. The risk of shipping (loss or damage) is borne by us, the seller.
Collection in Nieuw-Vennep is possible and, of course, free of charge.
Delivery Time
- Orders are usually shipped by registered mail within 1–3 business days.
- After shipment, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
- For larger works or international shipments, delivery times may vary. In such cases, we will contact you personally.
Packaging Materials
In our effort to promote circularity, NotAGallery reuses cardboard and other packaging materials whenever possible. As a result, packaging may show slight signs of previous use. This does not affect the strength or protection of the artwork. We appreciate your understanding.
Shipping Costs (Indicative)
- Within the Netherlands, standard shipping costs apply for a registered package up to 100 × 50 × 50 cm via Post.nl or DHL. Larger works require custom shipping. Costs will be agreed upon in advance.
- For international shipments, import duties or customs fees may apply in the destination country. These costs are not included in the shipping price and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Damage
If your artwork is damaged upon delivery or not in accordance with the agreement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and, if possible, provide clear photos of both the artwork and the packaging. We will work together to find an appropriate solution.
